How a build works.
From first call to live for the season
- A call about how your society runs today, the competitions, the trophies, the handicap rules, the admin
- We build it to match, usually two to three weeks
- You trial it with the committee first, with no commitment
- It goes live for the season, and you own your data and can export it anytime
What it costs.
A bespoke build starts at £950, one off, depending on how much is specific to your society. That is a one-time build fee, not a yearly platform charge. Members never pay, and there is no per-member cost. If the standard app already does what you need, use that instead: it is free for members and £35 a year for the captain.

Do we actually need a bespoke build?
Most societies don't. The standard app runs fixtures, live scoring and a season Order of Merit out of the box, free for members and £35 a year for the captain. A build is for societies that run their own competitions, trophies and handicap rules, or want a secretary's portal and their own branding. If a call shows the standard app covers you, we'll tell you.
Half our members don't use apps.
That's the point of the portal. The secretary runs everything from a browser, and members without the app still appear on the draw, the scoring and the Order of Merit. Nobody gets left off because they don't have a phone.
What about our data, and being locked in?
You own your society's data and can export it whenever you want. The next secretary inherits the whole thing in one handover. No lock-in, no holding your records hostage.
How long, and how do we pay?
A build is usually two to three weeks from the first call. It's a one-off fee from £950, part up front and the balance once it's built and you're happy, after you've trialled it with the committee.
